This section from the Borough Code 167-3-B regarding site plan approvals is a blueprint for controlling over-development in the Borough. These factors are pivotal for keeping Beach Haven family friendly.
When you look at Victoria Rose and the proposed Morrisons Marina project, do you think those projects are designed to be a harmonious use of land? Lessen congestion in the streets? Offer security from fire, panic and other dangers? Promote health? Provide adequate air and light? Prevent the overcrowding of land and buildings?
Both projects completely ignore and lay waste to the towns very own ordinances already in place. The spawn of these projects is a direct result of poor leadership and a total lack of care in preserving Beach Haven’s future.
Contact your Council Members and Land Use Board Members to express your displeasure at the rate and size of development in this family friendly town. Time to take Beach Haven back from over-zealous developers and weak leadership.
